Updated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome close to LSU! Low maintenance and move-in ready. The kitchen has been updated and features a raised bar area that overlooks the living room and offers additional seating. New floors throughout the entire space. Breakfast room off of the kitchen. Living room has a wood burning fireplace. No carpet in the primary living spaces (carpet is on the stairs only). Two bedrooms with full baths upstairs, half bath downstairs. Property has not flooded but does require renters insurance (to be obtained by the renter). 3 blocks from the LSU bus stop! Minutes from LSU and downtown Baton Rouge. It is also close to great restaurants and shopping!
