A double-sided fireplace is shared between the seating area and bathtub, making for a relaxing evening between the flickering flames and bathtub jets! Guest access Guest have full private access to the property. Other things to note We are happy to have you as our guest, and we want to ensure that everyone can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood. To that end, we ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors and the community by refraining from making loud noises after 9pm. Pets are welcome, but must be disclosed ahead of time. This includes the type and number of pets. A small fee may be added to cover any additional cleaning expenses. Hosting events of any kind require prior notification and permission. Generally, we do not allow events, but small gatherings may be considered. Smoking is only permitted outside, away from open windows and doors. If there is a need to remove the scent of smoking from inside the property, an additional fee for cleaning and time spent will be charged. Utilities are negotiable.
