When we first met David and were introduced to the property we currently rent, we were exceptionally impressed with David's knowledge of the local real estate market and general area and his kindness. His attention to detail and care for his rental units are very apparent as soon as you walk through the door. Meticulous and focused maintenance of his units is also apparent, as our unit was fully furnished when we rented, every item of furniture and decor in the unit was in perfect condition when we moved in. Throughout multiple hurricanes, David has been a landlord who has made it very evident that his tenants safety is paramount, while addressing any issues that were caused by the storm immediately. In the exceptionally few occasions where maintenance was needed on our unit, it was handled within hours. I cannot express enough the level of comfort that comes with having a landlord like David.
