I lived at the Marling for two years 2021 - 2023 and overall a very good experience. All interactions with staff and maintenance were positive. The property manager Katrina is very professional and does an excellent job. I enjoyed the view of the capital, the garage parking is convenient. Apartments are good quality design and I definitely recommend.

I've been at the Marling coming up on 1 year now and recently resigned a lease through next summer. Very happy to have found an opening here when I was moving back to Madison as I've always wanted to live in this area and it has not disappointed. Fantastic location, so many good places within walking distance. The building is great with many nice amenities including multi-level parking garage, gym, conference room, green space, and even a couple computers with a printer (which is great since I haven't owned a printer in like a decade). Apartments are well laid out with nice fixtures and clean looks. The staff is fantastic and always friendly and helpful. I'm sure I benefit from living on the top floor but I've found the place to be very quiet, the most noise I have to put up with is the occasional lonely dog barking until their owners come home...and to live in a building with many furry friends, I'm perfectly happy with that. Been a great experience living here, would definitely recommend!
