QUALIFICATION INFORMATION: Acceptance is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income. CREDIT SCORE- 650 or higher is required. If accepted with a slightly lower credit score (due to meeting income requirements and good rental history), at least a double deposit would be required. If accepted with a credit score of 650 or higher the security deposit is generally the same as 1 month’s rent ($1,2500.00). RENTAL HISTORY- We verify applicants are in good standing with their current and/or previous landlords and that no unpaid rent/fees are due to current and/or previous landlords. Also, we verify no evictions have been filed on the applicant in the last 5 years. INCOME REQUIREMENT is 3.5x's the market rent (i.e. $1250 x 3.5) APPLICATIONS & FEES: Applications are a non-refundable $85 per person. Each person 18 or older is required to place an application.
