Beautifully updated home with hardwood floors in the living areas and new carpeting in the bedrooms upstairs. Upon entry there is a built-in mirrored coat rack/shoe cabinet and the main floor offers an open layout and exposed brick wall and exposed beams in the living room. The kitchen has a large island, granite countertops and plenty of cabinets, plus stainless steel appliances including microwave, gas range, dishwasher, and French door refrigerator. Both en suite bedrooms are carpeted and offer spacious closets. There home offers Central AC, a full-size stacking washer and dryer on the second floor and multiple ceiling fans throughout, There is also a covered patio and fully fenced front yard. This home is located in the historic Cole neighborhood, near the Rino Arts District and 3 miles from Denver’s Downtown Business District. Russell Square Park is a few blocks east and has a playground, horseshoe pit, picnic tables and walking paths. The Cole Community Garden and the Fuller Dog park are each under 1 mile away. Denver City Park complex with the zoo, natural history museum, and city golf course is 2 miles away. Access I-70 is nearby.
