This lovely apartment features beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, ample storage space, and large windows that allow in a lot of natural light. The large living room features a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a built-in desk. The bedroom is a great size and can comfortably fit a king/queen-sized bed and still leave you with plenty of room for a dresser and a desk. The unit comes with a parking space in the back as well as a private rooftop deck. This location cannot be beaten! Nestled in between Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle, and U Street, it's one of the best locations in the city. You'd be a few blocks away from numerous coffee shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, etc. Dupont Circle metro station is only .5 miles away and the U Street metro station is only .7 miles away. There is a $50 application fee per adult. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The minimum lease term is for one year. The required security deposit is one month's rent. Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, and any required phone/cable/internet services.
