Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning, streaming channels and water. Is pet friendly. Can be furnished (I have 55” LG, very comfortable Queen bed, chairs, Nespresso, etc… or unfurnished) Date Available: Dec 1st 2025. $1,100/month rent. Don’t let credit score concern you…bogus racket. You do have to have verified income to support the rent. No past evictions or history of complaints. My home is a peaceful sanctuary. No drama welcome here. Lease can be any term. Rent can be paid weekly, semi-monthly or monthly. But first month must be paid upfront. I understand the struggle for many and am willing to work with the right candidate.
