The upstairs features 2nd bedroom with en-suite half bath and the 3rd bedroom. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher and built-in microwave. There is off-street parking and a fenced back yard with a garden shed and finished shed that can be used as a hobby studio (the finished shed is not additional living space). Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Rent: $1,795.00 per month. Minimum gross household income: $5,385.00 per month (3 times monthly rent). **MOVE IN READY after January 1, 2024** TERMS: •Minimum gross household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent •One year rental agreement. •NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
