Dock is 5 years old and in good shape. 2 sheds are on the property (fair condition) Kitchen has a new sink, faucet, kitchen aid dishwasher, stove and Corian counter tops. Small kitchen but ample storage. Tenant must provide their own refrigerator (space is 32" wide) Bedrooms are about 11x11 Bathroom has tub and shower. Washer dryer hookups off the kitchen. New bay window in the front. Very private lot given it is in a neighborhood. 1 dog No cats
