Enjoying living in this beautifully maintained, freshly painted 2-bedroom/2-bathroom + Den/Office house with a big fenced back yard. The landlords just bought this home today (Jan 12th) and are already upgrading it beyond what you can see in the photos. There will be a painted garage floor and upscale modern white blinds on the windows. The home is very spacious and well laid out with lots of windows bringing a lot of natural daylight. The large kitchen has lots of storage including a pantry. The large bonus room has windows on three sides and could be used as an office, playroom or dining room overlooking the back yard. The home has been renovated with great taste. For instance, in the bathroom, while leaving the original mid-century tile in place, new granite counters were installed with flecks of the same color, tying it all tastefully together. Presently, there is no washer or dryer in the garage but the landlords are willing to put one in for you. This will be a very well-maintainted home, moving forward with great landlords. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe-feeling.
