One can't live anywhere better — Considering the location of Promenade at Edgewater is convenient to everything you need - it's hard to find a better place. One huge perk for me is the proximity to what I think is one of the best place in Pinellas county to go for a relaxing, quiet walk on Pinellas trails which is within a 10 minute walk. Maintenance issues are taken VERY seriously and handled swiftly by a very professional and courteous staff . Amazing Property — I love living in Dunedin the staff went above and beyond in having my keys for my lovely apartment.,Angela and Alesha are fantastic. They made sure I had a apartment available and the staff keep the property in great condition

I couldn’t say anymore nice things about the staff here, especially Bernadette! She’s Always friendly and knows all of us and our dog by name! They gave my family the best blessing this Christmas and lets add, we didn’t loose power during hurricane Helene or milton!!!!
