The "cabin" is full of comfort and plush furnishings spacious living area, 10-foot-high ceilings, 3 skylights, flat-screen google TV , pop belly stove perfect for curling up with a good book, on a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home cooked meal; plates to the pots, and silverware, and wood block counter tops, Plus washer/dryer combo & vintage gas stove. TV has Netflix on it for free use. The plush queen-size bed has 600 thread count sheets, soft linens, and fluffy pillows for a peaceful night's sleep. The luxurious bathroom features a walk-in shower, fluffy towels, and designer toiletries. Walk to Sunset or take a quick 5 minute Uber to the most famous star studded restaurants on the strip, and Hollywood Blvd. Plenty of Parking in this restricted parking area. Parking permit is $32.00 for 6 months) Looking for a year but would consider 6 months or more. The property does have a shared Pool for occasional use. 2 blocks from Runyon Canyon for avid hikers! Available starting Jan 2026.
