The unit is a beautifully upgraded, and large 2bedroom+1bathroom 2nd floor unit (end unit, very quiet) in Alhambra near Valley Blvd, considered as one of the most convenient and best location in Alhambra. It’s conveniently within walking distance from Valley Blvd and Ramona Elementary School where you can enjoy flurries of local restaurants and amenities. It is several blocks away from FWY 10 entrance that will make a commute to downtown Los Angeles a breeze. It is also nearby Atlantic Times Square, a large shopping center with AMC Theater. The unit is bright with an excellent layout and a separate large dining room with tons of linen cabinet spaces. each bedroom. It has been fully updated with new beautiful wood flooring, recessed lighting in living and bedrooms, brand new ceiling fans in each room, crystal led lighting in dining room, new double-pane windows throughout, new modern lighting fixture in the hallway, new beautiful kitchen with modern styled quartz countertops – blue color shaker style kitchen cabinets, new stainless steel appliances (oven electric range, refrigerator, and kitchen vent hood), new tiled bathtub with glass doors and new tiled shower (yes the bathroom as both bathtub and shower stall!), new bathroom vanity cabinets (dual sink). This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot. Tenant pays for electricity (unit is electric only). Landlord pays for water, trash and gardener. Building is pet friendly - Small pets (dog less than 20lbs and cat) are acceptable ($50/dog/month or $30/cat/month) and $200/pet deposit. NO SMOKING building and unit!
