The other tenants in the other apartments are clean, quiet and friendly. The location is excellent . it is right across from University crossing and there is a bus stop 4 houses down on the corner. This unit is very clean and ready to go… please have good credit and job history/references as well as an income bringing in at least 4700 a month Your well behaved pet is welcome with no additional charge (breed dependent )utilities are not included .. This is a fantastic deal for the well qualified tenant/tenants .
