Such a beautiful apartment complex during all seasons. Landscaping is here every week to keep area beautiful. Maintenance is a kind team that works fast and has service requests taken care of the next day or so. Everyone in the office is incredibly supportive and also answers fast, with your best interest. My dog couldn't be happier here, loves the dog park, walking around the pond, and meeting all the other dogs. The new BBQ area is stunning, and a great way to cook dinner!

There truly is no place like home at Bay Ridge! For me, home is sacred. It’s a place where I seek peace, safety, and comfort, and Bay Ridge Apartment Complex has provided exactly that. The atmosphere here is a dream—quiet, serene, and perfect for someone who treasures their private space. I absolutely love my apartment itself. The layout is spacious and modern with wood floors, updated kitchen appliances, and full-size washer/dryer. I enjoy taking long walks around the complex, surrounded by beautiful, well-maintained scenery. The fitness room is also a great bonus, providing a convenient space to stay active without leaving home. The property is consistently well-kept, and it’s clear the management takes great pride in creating an appealing environment for residents. Speaking of which, the residents are friendly, and I feel safe! A huge shoutout to Dave and Tom, my maintenance heroes. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, they have responded immediately, always with professionalism and a smile. It’s comforting to know that they’re always there, handling issues promptly and with a great attitude. And I can’t say enough about the leasing office. Karen Marino’s outstanding customer service from my initial visit through every interaction since, has been exceptional. Her dedication to resident satisfaction is impeccable, making the entire experience of moving in and living here seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place to call home, Bay Ridge Apartments is it. It’s a community where you feel valued, respected, and genuinely at home. Highly recommend!

I just moved into Bay Ridge at Nashua and the team here has made it a very smooth transition instead of the normal stress and hassle of signing a lease and getting moved in! Jon was incredibly friendly and able to answer all my questions about the unit I moved into! When I arrived on my move-in date, Samantha helped walk me through the welcome packet and ensured that I arrived at my unit and got everything set up! Kristen, the property manager was very kind, and went out of her way to help me resolve some issues I experienced with setting up my rent payments. She also explained to me how to utilize the amenities offered by the property (Gym, Pool, Package room, etc) while still being responsible as a result of the Coronavirus. As I was moving in, I had a question for the maintenance team at Bay Ridge, and filled out a ticket online for service. I was shocked to get a call only an hour later answering my question! At previous apartments I have had to wait days or even weeks to get a response! I have only been here for a week, but I already feel at home! I’m looking forward to the rest of my time here at Bay Ridge at Nashua!

Great place to live. Apartments are modern, leasing office is very helpful, pool is great, gym is great, close to the mall, other tax free shopping. Overall property is great for walking to get exercise, especially by the pond. Only real con are the dumpsters, people who don’t live on the property come in the middle of the night to dump. They get emptied twice a week. Make sure to sign up for the mail lockers to make receiving packages easier.

It's apartments folks.. My unit was clean and I had no issues with the complex. Unfortunately I can't say the same about all of my neighbors. Individual experience may vary.

Beautiful society... maintenance is good..only problem is they don't have any kids play area.
