My wife and I lived at Avalon Acton for 3 1/2 years and loved it. Excellent and friendly staff in the office and in maintenance. Steve and Paul from maintenance are friendly, polite, professional and take care of things quickly and fix things the first time. Great guys! Katrina and the office staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. We loved our apartment and location. Great hiking in the woods up the street and a nice short cut to Nara Park. Property upgrades are ongoing and first class. No cheap short cuts. If we weren’t relocating out of state, we would still be living there. I highly recommend this as a family friendly place to live with anything you could want or expect from a first class apartment complex. The professional and friendly staff are a bonus! Extremely well managed!!!!!

We've been staying in Avalon Acton for more than a year now. It's beautiful, surrounded by lake, nature, spacious, the maintenance is up to the mark and comfortable to live in!. Recommended. Thanks.
