The utility fees for each floor plan are as followed: 1 Bedroom/1 Bath: +$115/month 2 Bedroom/1 Bath: +$135/month 3 Bedroom/1 Bath: +$155/month This utility fee is paid in one lump sum monthly with rent. The only utilities paid separately are electric, gas, and internet and/or cable! All units feature central heat and air and washer and dryer connections in the kitchen. Tenants have the option to bring their own washer and dryer set, or to rent a set from us for +$50/month. These apartments are zoned for the award-winning Homewood School System, including: Shades Cahaba Elementary, Homewood Middle School, and Homewood High School.
