The fenced backyard provides a private outdoor oasis, with a mature apple tree. Perfect for pets and for relaxing or entertaining guests. The landscaped front lawn is maintained by the HOA! This is a minimum one-year lease. One month's rent and $2200 security deposit are due on or before move-in. Sewer, trash, water and HOA paid by owner and reimbursed $75 monthly by tenant.
