Our lovely home in Aurora is a tri-level style Ranch Style home, ready for move in! Enjoy brand new central air, all new paint, blinds, and carpet throughout. The main level has 1 of the 2 living rooms, the large eat in kitchen with picture windows facing the park style back yard, and access to the oversized 2 car garage. Going down 1 level you'll find another living room with a real wood burning fireplace, perfect for ambiance and those cold winter nights. The laundry, bathroom and large bedroom is on this level, great for anyone needing a separate living area but still a part of everything. The top floor has 3 large bedrooms, big and tall closets in each room, with the primary having an en suite bath. There is a hall bath between the other bedrooms. Lots of natural light flows in through the large windows throughout the house. You can't get any better with the house sitting in a quiet cul-de-sac and a massive back yard. Buckley Space Force Base is down the road, parks, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores are around the corner. The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes, and 2. If the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee, or charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
