A carport is included for parking and tenant may rent a 44' x 72' outbuilding with a 20'6" wide and 13' tall door for an additional $300/month. There are several outbuildings on the property and some are rented for self-storage and seasonal storage but the self storage tenants have their own separate driveway for access. The home has a private well and septic system with a drainfield and is heated by Propane. Charter and TDS do not service this home but Frontier and Satellite Internet are options. Cats and dogs are considered (No Aggressive breeds).
