I can't express enough how much I love living in this apartment! After moving four times in four years since moving to Wausau, I finally feel like I've found the perfect place. The amenities are fantastic, especially the gym, which is well-equipped and makes it easy to stay active without leaving the building especially during winter. I appreciate the convenience of underground parking, especially during the winter months when I don’t have to scrape ice off my truck. I also want to highlight the timeliness of maintenance requests; any issues I've had have been addressed quickly and efficiently and the gentleman is very respectful! Having everything I need within arm's reach truly enhances my living experience. And on top of that, there’s an amazing rooftop private community area where It’s nice to hang out with friends and relax!
