This house is available Nov. 1st for a year long lease. The home is located in a safe neighborhood in Candler. It’s located 10 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 12 miles to downtown Asheville. The property has a large, flat front and back yard with established garden beds if you want to try your hand at gardening or just enjoy the outdoors. The backyard is recently fenced in (not shown in photos). Lawn care is included by the owner. There is a large primary bedroom with an on-suite bathroom downstairs and two large bedrooms upstairs with a third full bathroom as well. There are new appliances in the kitchen as well as a two car garage that joins through a breezeway into the main house. A washer and dryer is included in the laundry closet off the kitchen. The house comes unfurnished and small dogs are preferred with $200 nonrefundable pet deposit. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house. Utilities are not included. Security deposit is required after your application has been accepted plus first month’s rent. Income must be 3x the rent.
