I used to live here. But the landlord Carl was a slum lord. It was affordable and then he started raising the rent on me before I resigned my lease. When I moved in on November of 2016 I didn't know the heater didn't turn off and the whole summer it was so miserable because of the heat. I told him before I sign my lease again there were things that needed to be fixed but he never fixed anything in my unit.
