YOU HAVE FOUND THE HOLY GRAIL! I don't care about any specifics of your person, except that you are a nerd/geek of some sort, and since to my knowledge, nerdiness is not a protected status under FHA, I'm allowed to be picky! WHAT DOES $400 GET ME? - A 9' x 10' bedroom on the first floor. - Your own bathroom! (EXCLUSIVE!) - Access to the kitchen, living room, and balcony (The whole first floor!) - All Utilites Paid! (Water, sewage, garbage, electric, and CRAZY FAST INTERNET!) - CRAZY FAST INTERNET! (Comcast blast, 25-30Mbps) - Access to a server (Poweredge 1950, I believe) if you need it! The unit is located in the Windsor Court Apartments, and you would have to pass all of their vetting and background-related checks, though on top of theirs I also have some stipulations. I must meet you beforehand. This is a 12 month lease, and I'm not going on a blind date here. You must be willing to: - Clean up after yourself - Sign an anti-leasejumper agreement (which I will also sign) holding you/me liable if you/I bail on the lease. - Be nerdy. xD - Possibly split ADT or Brinks costs at some point. The neighborhood isn't notoriously dangerous, but better safe than sorry. - If you could help with acquisition of W/D (there are hookups in unit) They'd be yours (as in you get them when you decide to leave). These run about $200 for both on CL. I am a 23 year old Male, on reliable income, with a deep passion for computers and gaming. (Alpha Nerd ex4Chan/b/ junkie, even though you can never really leave /b/), I am not a vegetarian by any means, and I have regular work hours and community activities which keep me out of the house rather often. Every once so often I must travel for work, so you'd have the house to yourself during those periods. (roughly once every other month, sometimes more, for about a week at a time.) I smoke cigarettes, and would prefer not to be scrutinized for such. My habit would be restricted to the balcony. While I hold no ill will towards 420, there will be no activities of this kind occurring in the apartment, period. I haven't been in the unit yet, but I do have a floorplan, so we would probably see it for the first time together. I am looking for ONE HUMAN BEING.
