** This is for the small room for rent. All bills are paid with a parking spot for $1400. If you desire to be in the thick of the city, then look no further. The spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the 18th floor of a high-rise is the best thing going. The condo overlooks the city skyline for one of the most unique downtown balconies, gazing at the clock tower and the rest of 16th st mall. The building is half a block from the infamous Larimer Square, 5 blocks from Coors Field, Union Station, the colleges downtown, and many more iconic places. If you can't walk there, the uber ride is not much to get around. The lease price can include two parking spaces (One comes with the condo, and another costs $200 and is included in the utility fee). The building has many amenities, including a gym, hot tub, sauna, steam room, party room (available to rent), swimming pool, tennis court, bbq area, and concierge service to never worry about packages being signed for. The building also has visitor parking but is capped at ten monthly visits. After that, it costs $25 per visit, as outlined in the HOA bylaws.
