Hi All This is a 3b3b townhouse; our 3rd housemate will be moving out 6/27. We are both Asian males in our 30s/40s and looking for a clean, tidy and trust-able single working male professional to share a beautiful townhouse in a newly built (2011) gated community in Gardena. Location is convenient, next to 99 Ranch Market, 85 Degree cafe, Daiso, Sam's Club, etc... off the CA-91. Available room is a private bedroom with private bath. Will have access to various amenities of the house including onsite washer/dryer/refrigerator/kitchen. Rent will be $850 monthly with $850 one-month deposit. Utility will be shared (electric, gas, trash/water, high-speed internet). Contract will be min. 6 months and month-to-month afterward. Tandem garage available (shared with me) for extra $25 per month. Move-in available on 6/28, but can be coordinated if needed. Current housemate does not plan on moving his furniture. Room can be furnished or non-furnished but please let me know in advanced if selected. If interested, please send a bio of yourself and we'll go from there.
