How do you feel about hardwood in your living room and bedrooms? (No carpet anywhere in house) What about tile in the bathrooms? Maybe a bubble bath to relax? This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood with garden space in the yards. It has a nice dining room and large living room. The basement rec-room has a gas fireplace and plenty of room for a pool table or other recreation equipment. There is a second, large room in the basement - a perfect cool den for summer. The kitchen and bathrooms have tile, a double oven, newer refrigerator, and spa (bubble) tub, along with the shower fixtures. The house has a newer furnace and central air conditioning. There is also a security system installed. It is aprox 4.5 miles to the capitol - a perfect bike ride, or easy bus ride to either UW or MATC campus. In the evening, take an easy walk for Mallard baseball games, the jungle gym in Warner park, or to watch the sun set over lake Mendota. 3 bedrooms (the master has two closets), 2 full baths & one half-bath, aprox 2000 finished square feet (some in basement, some of basement unfinished). Hardwood, linoleum, and tile throughout house for easy cleaning. Completely furnished kitchen with refridge, double oven, dishwasher, pantry, garbage disposal in the sink, and compost in the back yard. There is free laundry in basement, along with water softener. The back yard is fenced - safe for your dog and children. I try to be understanding, but am really tired of 'reminding' people and excuses. If its too expensive, find somewhere else.
