The kitchen has black granite countertops and lots of cabinets, a gas range, a dishwasher, disposal, and full-sized fridge. One stop outside of Harvard Avenue on the B-Line of the train! EASY into the city! Laundry for this building is a large attached laundromat two doors down (you do have to step outside, but it has a ton of machines so youll be guaranteed open machines at all times! Some are industrial/massive)! The owner pays a FULL fee and only charges a half security deposit. Contact Dan. Thank you!
