Corn Hill is an excellent residential neighborhood in the heart of downtown Rochester. The property is 3 blocks from Corn Hill Landing where there are restaurants and shopping and access to the picturesque Genesee River Trail. Five minutes from the Adams Street Rec Center which features a playground, outdoor tennis courts, heated indoor pool, gym, game room, weight room, and community meeting space. We are within walking distance from downtown and a 2-minute drive to College Town. Across the street is the 490 highway which gets you to UofR, Eastman School, Strong Memorial, Rochester General, and Highland Hospitals within 10 minutes or less. Dogs welcome. Cats are approved on an individual basis. $450 annual nonrefundable pet fee. ZERO TOLERANCE SMOKING POLICY.
