As of today I give it 5 stars. We have had 5 managers since I have been here. Only 1 was good and we hated to see him go. More recently, this past week, the assistant manager was promoted to manager and a large group of us are ecstatic over this promotion! He is far better than the managers before him with his approach to be able to listen and not being a control freak. He cares about the residents, takes time to listen to them, answers emails and actually tries to make sure everyone is happy here, listens to their concerns and changes are made quickly - so unlike the past 3 managers we have had!! He actually seems he likes his job, perhaps the other managers just did not like their job. Great job on the promotion Greystar!!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Overture Barrett which is one of the most beautiful properties I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The is a top tier complex! The amenities are superb, grounds are immaculate, and the apartments are spacious and well equipped. It is a very active community with plenty of activities. I also had the pleasure of meeting, and chatting with some of the residents. However, what made my visit special was the AMAZING Sales Consultant, Amy Lambert; her knowledge of the community, and her openness and kindness alone made me want to live here and be apart of something great.
