Rent includes utilities, hi-speed internet, TV (some streaming channels) in your room , towels, linens, dishes, cookware. Everything is furnished except toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning products for your unit, and food. Guests are responsible for cleaning in their private area and cleaning up after themselves in the shared rooms. I do enlist a housekeeper weekly and my guests are welcome to pay for services for their private rooms if they want (about $25/hr). I have 20 free-range hens and feed about 13 deer every evening.
