FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. The ground level has a carport that will accommodate up to three cars and has an outside shower. The main level features one bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. It has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room that leads out to a covered deck with ocean views. The second level has the primary suite that also has a private deck with ocean views, a Queen bed, large walk-in closet, and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor that share a bathroom, one bedroom with a Queen and one with two Twin beds. The Living Room TV is hooked to Roku, the downstairs bedroom has a TV with a DVD player only, no cable or streaming., The upstairs primary bedroom has a TV with an antenna for local stations, and one other bedroom has a smart TV for streaming. No grill and no Cable TV. Bedding Recap: 3 Queens, 2 Twins Parking: Carport parking for three vehicles Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a $400 non refundable fee per pet (2 pet max.) Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Use of Fireplace, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited.
