The Office/Den off the living room is large and can be closed off for quiet and privacy. The main floor primary bedroom has vaulted beam ceilings and is massive and luxurious. Good closet spaces, and a large primary bath in tumbled marble also with vaulted ceilings. 3 additional bedrooms upstairs are large with good closet spaces. Good-sized full bath upstairs. Hardwood floors throughout the entire home. 2-car garage. Water is on a private well. A $25 monthly septic fee will apply, and all other utilities are tenant responsibility. No cats are allowed but up to 2 small to medium-sized dogs are accepted on a case-by-case basis after completing the pet screening. A monthly pet fee based on the Paw Score, per pet, is required. An additional refundable pet deposit may be required. Pet screening is a required part of the application process for all applicants with or without pets/animal Non-refundable Tenant Onboarding Fee of $195 due upon lease signing.
