Washer and dryer are stacked on the 2nd floor for your convenience. The 3rd floor of the home can be used as additional sleeping with the built-in twin day bed, or perfect for all your work from home needs. The home's main attraction is the third-floor ROOFTOP DECK that offers VIEWS of the quiet neighborhood, the Holy City. - Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
