About 1322 N Wakefield St
We are looking for a new roommate for the upstairs loft in our place, a small house in the Waverly Hills neighborhood in Arlington. Honestly, the loft is huge (450 ft.²), has its own bathroom (30 ft.², not including the shower) and is a clotheshorse's dream, with two walk-in closets (50 ft.², 15 ft.²) and two recessed dressers. With its own door at the foot of the stairs, you'd have a lot of privacy, but also free use of the living room and kitchen downstairs. Rent on the space is $875 and utilities are around $100 a month. The loft is vacant and available now, but the first month's rent isn't due until July 1. There is a $600 deposit, and the landlord likes us to mow the lawn in the summer and rake the leaves in the fall. You'd be living with two young professional dudes. We are sociable, like to joke around, and get out of the house, but we don't really throw parties here, and the house is generally pretty quiet. Lastly, our place is very well located -- 10 to 15 minutes' walk to Ballston Metro, and a stone's throw from Custis Trail and I-66. Harris Teeter, Giant, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods are all very close, Washington & Lee High School is a few blocks away and has a great track and swimming pool, the Rosslyn - Ballston corridor is full of great restaurants and bars, and the city proper really isn't that far.
