Home is located in School District 11 and is close to parks, schools, coffee shops and much more. This home does NOT have AC. Home has an active radon mitigation system. Owner will permit 2 cats, unfortunately no dogs. Must be 12 months old or older. All are subject to approval. If approved, there is a $300 additional deposit per pet and $35 a month added to rent per pet. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11 month lease.
