Upstairs has a beautiful master suite, with a new mattress, king size bed, personal mini fridge, and a chandelier with a ceiling fan. There's also a loft overlooking downstairs with a additional closet and another linen closet. There's a fenced in porch in the back of the unit if you enjoy grilling. The house is located in a small, quiet gated community, with assigned parking spaces right in front of the unit. Seven minutes from downtown Durham, walking distance from two grocery stores and bus stop. Internet, home security system and water is included. Electric and gas is shared with the downstairs tenant. This home is smoke and pet free. The unit is exactly as pictured in the ad.
