Boston Court is a lovely walking Court, one of the few left in Louisville, KY. It was built in 1925 as a retirement community. You can stroll the sidewalk down the middle of the Court. Parking and access to the homes is from the alleys on each side. This charming cottage at 127 Boston Ct recently had a full renovation with all new mechanicals (electric, plumbing, heating and air). It is 2 BR/1BA and 725 SF. New paint and newer flooring throughout. It has huge closets, a newer bathroom and kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and undermount sink. There's plenty of cabinets and nice counter space and includes a pantry and washer-dryer hookups. The home is fully foam insulated in the attic and walls making your utilities very reasonable with baseboard heat and window air conditioning units. Also, you have ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room. Appliances (refrigerator and range) are included, but no repairs or replacements will be provided. There's a front entry porch and a nice sized deck at the back of the house. There is also a shed in the backyard for your outside equipment. Rent is $1150 and Security Deposit is $1250.
