First floor laundry with utility sink and storage cabinets. From the 2-car garage, enter the back hall with bench seating and a half bath. Spectacular Clubhouse, Outdoor pool, Fitness Center, and Pickleball Courts. Lots of trails to hike and bike. Located near Hwy 93 to Boulder and Hwy 36. Deposit equal to 1 month's rent due at signing. May request additional deposit depending on credit and income. Tenants to pay the following utilities: Xcel (Gas/Electric), Water/Sewer Tenant responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Water and trash is included. Lease 6 month with an end date of 10/312023 and may be flexible. Rental insurance required.
