Lovely 1-bedroom basement apartment available near Union Square: • Walk-out opens into a private beautifully landscaped fenced backyard, which is maintained and used by upstairs resident. • It has a large open main room, a kitchenette (not a full kitchen), bedroom and bathroom, also extra storage. • Garage parking for one car is included. You can hear the birds in the morning, and see the squirrels every day during the warm season. It is quiet, and feels like living in a house, not an apartment building. The location is in a real neighborhood, where many people have lived for decades and know each other. The upstairs resident is quiet, friendly, respectful and meditates. Looking for a match. The apartment was recently (2018) remodeled and is fully carpeted and clean. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, two-burner Cuisinart hot plate, microwave and large toaster oven (no stove). In-house laundry on the same floor available. Air conditioned and forced air heating. It is adjacent to the upper condo unit and includes a shared front door entrance. Community has an outdoor pool and tennis court you can use. Sorry, no pets or smoking. It is located off Hwy 6 and Union/Simms exit. 20-minute drive to downtown Denver. Light rail and I-70 close by. Quick commute to School of Mines in Golden. Bonus: The cost of water, sewer, garbage and Comcast internet connection is included in the rent, as is a regular professional cleaning. The only cost in addition to the rent you incur is 1/3 of the EXCEL bill every month. Security Deposit amount determined by the owner.
