It's newly renovated and has all the modern-day conveniences. There's also a washer/dryer, and all the essentials necessary for comfortable living. Apartment Layout: Living room with TV; Great kitchen with seating at the island; Bedroom with a queen bed; Bedroom with a queen bed; Full hall bath with walk-in shower. Please Note: On-street parking is available for Apt A. Utilities are tenant responsibility. At least a 6 month lease is required.
