Both bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs, with a half bath on the main level. Each bedroom has a large closet, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and separate WC. The laundry closet is located upstairs between the two bedrooms. Off-street parking shared with 8 Thurland Ave. Ceiling fans and nice light fixtures throughout. Central heat and air conditioning, all electric. Tenants responsible for lawn care and landscaping maintenance as well as all utilities, including electricity and water/sewer. No pets permitted. No smoking. No cosigners.
