The beautiful open kitchen has granite countertops including a breakfast bar, tile accents, a large under-mount sink, and nice stainless appliances including the gas range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Two bedrooms are on this main floor, and the hall bathroom has attractive tile and a large walk-in shower. The laundry closet is off of the hall, and the stacked washer and dryer are included. Downstairs, find a large second living room and a mini-kitchen offering attractive cabinetry and a small sink. Floors are stained concrete. Bedroom #3 is located on this level and is spacious with a deep closet. The lower-level bathroom is nicely tiled with a large vanity and a walk-in shower. A second laundry closet downstairs includes an additional washer and dryer - these appliances will remain for tenant use but will not be repaired or replaced by the homeowners. Landscape maintenance is included. Central heat and air conditioning (natural gas furnace and electric a/c.)
