About 1248 S Harmony St
Completely renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Gray's Ferry available now - 2 bedroom 2 full bath renovated home for rent in Gray's Ferry. Hardwood floors throughout the living and dining areas, and into the kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances with enough cabinet and counter space. Upstairs all 3 bedrooms also have hardwood floors and there is a master bath as well as a hall bath that are remodeled as well. The basement is finished with tile floor and a washer/dryer hookup. Out back is a private patio for your cookouts. $40 non refundable application fee for each adult and upon approval one month security deposit is due, then first and last month's rent is due prior to move in.
