The only other shared expenses are household cleaning supplies and other commonly shared items (trash bags, paper towels, etc.). Deposit is one month's rent. Move in costs are $1550. Also, the leasing agency requires us to add you to the lease, and they will perform a background check. The house is two levels and comes with an assigned parking space in front, and an enclosed yard in back. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, nook, half bath, closet, and laundry room on the first floor. The second floor has the three bedrooms, a full bath, and a closet. You'll be living with Paul and Edward. Paul is retired and currently a full time student. He likes to cook and is planning to get a dog. Edward is a freelancer and a film student. A room in our 3 bedroom townhouse, in a quiet neighborhood, on treasure island. The room is 108sq ft. About 10 minutes from downtown SF. There is 1 half and 1 full bath (these are shared). We have a backyard and a front yard. Rent is $780, that includes everything (utilities, washer/dryer, dishwasher, , internet and phone). We are 2 male students (1 is 21 the other is 49), pretty easy going. No drugs, no smoking in the house. Must be lgbt friendly. Pet friendly as we plan on getting a dog soon (ok we have been saying this for a long time now, perhaps this year it will happen). We have a reserved parking spot and there is tons of other free parking. bus (the 108) runs 24/7 doing a loop of the island to downtown, running every 20 minutes during the day The Move in costs are 1st months rent and a months rent as a security deposit.
