The kitchen is nicely laid out with lots of cabinet space, an abundance of storage space and a convenient breakfast bar for a quick bite in the morning. The living area features a sliding glass door out to the patio overlooking trees and a large grassy area - bringing the warm, welcoming feeling of the outdoors into the home. The large living room is just beyond the dining area. You will enjoy the natural sunlight these sliders and windows provide that gives you the sunshine you need to start the day! The downstairs consists of two nice sized bedrooms with lots of natural lighting, the laundry closet, and a spacious bathroom with a shower over the tub that both rooms share.
