I own a two bedroom condo and I'm looking for a female roommate. I'm looking for someone starting in November and I am pretty flexible with the starting date. The great thing about this location is how close it is to DC. There are a ton of great shops and it's a really friendly area. We are only a 10-15 min walk to Sherlington.  I live in a high rise with security at the front desk. Currently, only I live there and I am seeking a roommate. The apartment also has gym, pool, regular appliances, dishwasher, and cable and internet. Utilities are included in the rent. The room will come furnished but if you want to bring your own stuff just let me know because there are condo requirements. If you want to come take a look that's fine too. The rent will be $1100 (this includes utilities) + one month security deposits. I will ask for a background check along with refences.  The room is really large. You will have your own bathroom however that bathroom can be shared with guests. It’s 16ft x11ft.
