Located on a cul-de-sac in the Donelson subdivision of Nashville, just off I-40, 4 miles from BNA and within minutes of local area hospitals and downtown. Donelson has three large grocery stores, many restaurants, plenty of shopping within 1-2 exits, and is home of the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall. Percy Priest Lake and Nashville Shores are right around the corner just across the dam and many greenways are located within just a short drive. Curvy sidewalk leads to the private back entrance off of our back patio, with picnic table and rocking chair. A treeline surrounds most of the back of our property. Keypad entrance opens to brand new private apartment with open floorplan, living area which includes a newApt2B sofa, a 4-top dining table and modern kitchenette. The kitchenette features a workstation sink, dual burner cooktop, combo microwave/air fryer/oven, crockpot, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. The private bedroom boasts a comfy king bed, dresser, large closet, smart TV, small work area, full length mirror, and white noise machine. The spacious full bathroom has a roomy stand up shower. Living area sofa converts into a queen sofa bed, which we have a soft eggshell topper for. Starter cleaning supplies are provided and private cleaning services are available for a fee. There is an option to share the washer and dryer with the property owner at designated times; but the area has laundry services which charge by the pound; or there is a laundromat just down the street. Our washer and dryer are located on the same level as the apartment through a walkway into the basement storage area. Security cameras are mounted outside for monitoring the exterior and inside in the laundry area. There are no cameras inside the apartment. WYZE security alarm service is only active on the other upper levels of the home. Kim is a Nashville native and Rob has lived in TN for 30 years, as a transplant from Torrington, CT. Our very happy dog named Buddy is a proud graduate of Wonder Dog training and he loves everyone! We have owned our home here for 19 years and are happy to share it with you.
