Living room with beautiful vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and new carpeting. Tons of natural light! Master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, en suite bathroom with standing shower and large closet! Second bedroom with mirrored closet doors and full hall bathroom. Both bedrooms and living room have access to private patio overlooking treed area- absolutely gorgeous in the spring time. Community Pool. Community Clubhouse available for private parties. HOA includes trash, recycling and water. HOA has a 20 lb maximum pet weight. Sorry, no smokers please.
